You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Couples counselling is a collaborative process and I will partner with you, if you both are willing to give this relationship a go.

In our sessions, we usually address a topic from a 'needs' perspective. When needs are not satisfied, there is a tendency to develop intense feelings. We will look at all levels of a humans needs: Emotional, physical, spiritual, verbal, financial, health,....
One of the main goals will be, to reconnect emotionally, and rebuild trust in a way that feels secure for both of you.
