Your mind is that powerful space, where you create what you become.
My approach combines somatic (body-based) awareness and movement with trauma-informed therapy (TRTP), creating a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and understand your inner world.
By paying attention to your thoughts, emotions, feelings, and bodily sensations, we can uncover deeper aspects of the wounds that you may or may not be aware of.
The main goal is, that you know that you are safe. Safe in mind, soul and body.
We will identify and deal with the root causes of behaviours, beliefs and action taking. The ones, which do not serve you anymore.
We will aim to create a stronger connection to your wholeness and authenticity, and supports healthier relational connections.
